I recently reinstalled windows XP and when I logged in and try to use it I get a error that says “the procedure entry point EncodePointer could not be located in the dynamic link library KEREL32.dll.” with a button to click “ok” if I click ok the explorer.exe restarts itself and when it comes back up it has the same error. I’m very stuck I’ve tried Google and can find a solution. I would be very thankful if somebody could help me I am able to answer any questions to help find a solution. I have windows service pack 3 also.
