Fly out menus? Can you give us a description of what that is. Or so you mean the Start menu?

 

Do you mean when you hover the cursor over a link like for example recent documents
If you are over near right of screen these will show on left as theres less room on right
Maybe I am mistaken in what you mean by fly outs so sorry if i am

 

This can happen if you have too many programs in the Start Menu.
Right click the Task Bar/Properties/Start Menu/Customize/Advanced/Scroll Programs. Click OK.

 

I am talking about fly out menus on the desktop, in programs, any where a flyout occurs, not talking about start menu.

 

We do not understand what you mean. Are you talking about cascading windows when open? We are not familiar with flyout.

 

post a screenshot of the problem. might be able to see what you are talking about.

A flyout menu is when the drop down menu has more info to be seen under one of the options, hover the mouse over the little black arrow and a fly out comes out so you can see the added info

 

Ah I see now. I call those drop down boxes or menus. It might be coming into the left depending on the position of the windows.

 

Drop down boxes drop straight down as name implies, they like context menus and start menus all can contain fly out menus.

 

It's one word "flyout" btw and they look like so
