ok some real smart friend wiped my computer completly clean. i have the reinstall discs but the screen stays white when i insert them what do i do

Boot into Setup (Bios) and change the boot order to be CD Rom drive First Boot device. Put in your Reinstall disc and restart the computer. You should see the message Press Any Key to Boot From CD. This will start the reinstallation CD and follow the prompts
