Remote assistance not working at all?

For some reason, when I try to open up my remote assistance, it does not open up at all. I have all the needed services started, but for some reason, I go to Start>All Programs>Remote Assistance, NOTHING comes up. I even went to the actual file rcimlby.exe, and that doesn't even come up.

Well I am going to try that tonight (although it's the other way around and the person will have me work on their computer) . I will let you know what happens. I was just checking though to make sure everything was working and such, and noticed that it wasn't coming up by that method and was wondering what could cause it.

Ok..so all the services are set to automatic and running but is the setting enabled to allow invitations to be sent from your pc?

Sorry for the double post, but it won't let me edit here...

Scratch what I said before though, it IS enabled so invatations can be sent from this computer.

Check your firewall logs to make sure that either the port of program isn't being blocked..if need be, temporarily disable the firewall and try again

Actually, I believe I was missing some key files, because I recently did a repair re-install with a different issue I was having, and it now works. Thanks anyway.
