I have already ran ad-aware before. Thats how I found out about w?nspoolwowexec.exe. Ad-aware is what told me it cant delete it and I have also tried manually deleting it but nothing worked. I also cannot run Microsoft Antispyware because i cannot find my COA.

I didn't even see w?nspoolwowexec.exe in your HJT log :4-dontkno

You may want to navigate to C:\WINDOWS\System32\w?nspoolwowexec.exe and see if it exists and delete it. That location is no doubt where it would be residing.
You may need to show Hidden Files and Folders as it may be a hidden file.

(Go to My Computer >Tools >View >Folder Options tab and make sure that Show hidden files and folders is enabled. Also make sure that the System Files and Folders are showing / visible. Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files option.)

I also noticed you have Restrictions present on your system, did you set these?
