My computer has been acting really flaky as of lately. 2 days ago I started getting a Blue Screen error and I was running Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit. So I decided to back everything up and do a format and re-install and install my copy of Vista Ultimate 64-bit. Everything seemed to be running fine until today. It started doing the same thing as before. Some programs will not launch at all. Sometimes the system information will not display when I right click on Computer and go to Properties.
Here is the Windows problem log that popped up when I logged back into Windows after the Blue Screen:

Anyone ever got this message before? I'm kind of starting to think my hard drive is starting to go bad but I am unsure. When I took it out and hooked it up to an external SATA to USB device to back up my data on another machine, it was making some unusual sounds but it only did it a few times.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
