I have 2 computers side bye side that both had XP. I upgraded my dual core computer to Windows 7 64bit and once I did the upgrade IE has slow buffering rate and my online games have more internet lag. My old computer has had no change in the video buffering speed or online game lag. The issue is only on the computer I upgraded to Windows 7.
If I go into the comand prompt as a administrator and run regsvr32 actxprxy.dll it fixes the issue for about 10 minutes.
Does anybody know how to fix this issue
in addition, speedtest.net shows both computers with a internet speed of 6 to 7 Mb/s
