NOW - OP, you said "i press ctrl alt delete to open task manager its not there" What exactly does that mean, are you saying that the desktop isn't there or the task manager itself?

 

hi guys that was what i was trying to get a handle on and any steps already taken oh and the rude person is nothing to worry about iam sure he will get bored and settle down as he has skills so will find plenty to do
