ReadyBoost worth using on my system?

I have Vista Home Premium, 1GB RAM, Dual Core 1.5Ghz.

Some places say it makes a difference, others say it's barely noticeable.

My computer gets slow whenever I use a lot of Media editing software, is it worth setting up ReadyBoost?
