I have a Dell Laptop running Windows 7 with the specs below. Today, I am unable to boot up properly. It seems to start and I see the Windows 7 icon. But then it goes into a white screen and stays there. I have rebooted in safe and run various tests. Nothing. I also tried to restore but it cannot find a restore point.
Please help.
