I am running windows viasta home premium which started off with service pack one then it upadted to service pack 2.
It is no longer doing any updates and my system imformation show my service pack as 0.
I have tried various things from the microsft helpline but nothing is allowing me to get automatic or manual updates. error code 80004002 keeps coming up.
