Ok so i'm sorry if i'm using this site wrong i'm awaiting a rply at mo but i've noticed something new. When i log on to this site i am already logged on. I have tried to download spy bot and the run save cancel pop up is blank and the wizard is just a long unusable strip down the centre of my screen. AVG finds no threats although it found bokpkov and zlob virus earlier in week. Any software i try to down load appears as blank strips at the wizard stage, so thin that there are no icons to press. I have tried to log onto bleepingcomputers and gave my university e-mail and on logging on to the uni web site the username and password boxes are so small that i cannot see what i am typing. Avg first appears witha super size box that does nothing and can't be removed. I keep seeing all the other similar entries with similar problems that have submitted large amounts of information in lists. I don't know what this is or how to access mine to send to you. Please help me. I don't know what to do at all. Running software doesn't appear to work. The virus seems to block access to anything that might help. It is getting worse. the control panel is appearing with blank icons so i don't know what i'm pressing anymore. I am a complete beginner at this and i am at a loss and a bit nervous. How can i give you more information.
