In an attempt to begin removing viruses and getting some support from you guys I tried to go through with the first steps that you have posted. However, I couldn't extract the contents of the zipped file GMER Rookit Scanner to my desktop because when I tried WinAce said "File header is damaged. Abort operation?" I have no clue what that means (I have very little computer knowledge so layman's terms would be great), could I have some help please?
