Very slow startup. Browser redirects.

I understand that its anoying to fix the same machine more than once. Unfortuatly I failed to finish my part and get my roomates laptop properly protected before he went and got it infected again. Any help would be apreciated.
The laptop is extremely slow to boot up and the browser redirected a couple of times. Logs are attached.
