Kernel-Power 41 (63) Error

This started happening out of nowhere. At first it happened only when playing certain games now it happens quite frequently. I've tried disabling drivers, formatting and reinstalling windows, updating drivers, running torture tests etc.
Specs :
Windows 7 32-bit
Intel Core 2 Quad 9650 3GHz
Ati Radeon HD 4850 1GB
Asus P5Q Mobo
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtremegamer
WD 650GB Black Edition HDD
Zalman 500W Power (Same thing happens with friends 650W PS)

PS : When computer reboots, 2 lights appear in the graphic card. Have to manually shut down and wait few min to start again.(temperature about 50C, processor temp 30-40C

2 primary issues with Asus P5 mobo's that I've seen:
- ASACPI.sys driver dated from 2004 or 2005 - must be updated to the 2009 version
- memory issues - check both the Asus website and the memory manufacturer's website for the proper timings/settings/voltages for your RAM (don't use Auto).

Found the problem, my Creative sound card was broken. Using mobo's sound card atm.
