Windows 7 Shutdown-BlueScreen

Every time I shut down, Windows will go back to the login screen and it will say Shutting Down. It takes it FOREVER to finally shut down (or restart) and when it starts back up I get a message saying Windows has recovered from a serious problem, or something like that.
