virus disinfection failed, move failed

Hi folks - I use Bit Defender Virus V10 protection. While I've had a virus on occasion currently the report states I have 10 viruses, 1 on my C drive the rest on my back up disk F Drive. This time I noticed "virus disinfection failed, move failed" on several. A deeper scan produced more viruses. Does this mean my PC is still infected and Bit Defender was unable to remove suspect files? I've tried to find these files and manually delete them, but I must be doing something wrong. Please assist. Thanks.
