Hello,

Firstly, apologies if this is the wrong place but I couldn't find an appropriate forum.

I have a brand new computer and it won't let me open my e-mails on Hotmail. I can log-in, see the list of emails but absolutely nothing happens when I click on an email to read it, try to move it, delete it etc.

I have tried using IE8 and Mozilla Firefox and the same thing happens. Sometimes absolutely nothing happens, whereas othertimes it will says javascript in the bottom left corner (I thought I didn't have the correct java so I downloaded the latest version). Other times it tells me Done, but with errors on page.

Webpage error details

I can open my emails on my laptop, just not on my new desktop so I'm thinking Ihave an incorrect setting or something? I actually have no idea and it's driving me bonkers. Plus, I can use the internet fine for any other web pages, and can open my yahoo mail.

Please help me!!!
Thanks

By any chance do you connect to the internet using a Tmobile dongle?
I had a problem on a laptop I was looking at that was similar. I can find the post I started if you do use a tmobile dongle. If not theres a few things you can do like try firefox, or delete all your temporary files and restore IE to factory settings. Google those terms and there will be a whole load of info.
