If you're using Internet Explorer, go to Tools and Options... Click on the Advanced tab and scroll down to Multimedia and make sure Show Image Toolbar is checked.

Pictures Via Email Dialog Box

I'm having the same problem - no dialog to reduce pictures for emailing. I have tried: Start, Run regsvr32 shimgvw.dll and I just tried the suggestion posted: IE, Tools, Options, Advanced, Enable Image Tool Bar. Neither one has fixed my problem. Help.
